What is the process of working with your company?

Why do I need an event planner?
Our lives are very busy and while you may think you have the time to coordinate an event, it can be very overwhelming. That is when Najma Events comes in and makes the process as easy as possible. We will take care of every aspect of the event, so you will not have to do anything except show up to party!
What is the difference between event design and event planning?
Our event design will come up with the general theme and decor for your event but we do not coordinate the venue, catering, entertainment. Event planning takes care of every aspect of the event, finding you the space to hold the event, as well as the best vendors to use.
What are your fees?
Our pricing depends on the type of event, location, and the level of service required. We offer custom packages tailored to your needs and budget. We believe in transparency, so we’ll provide a detailed proposal after our initial consultation. We do work with all different budgets depending on the scope of the event you are dreaming of!
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking our services at least 6 months in advance for larger events like weddings and corporate galas. However, we can accommodate last-minute requests, depending on availability. The earlier you book, the more flexibility we can offer in terms of vendor selection and event customization.
Do you assist with event budget?
Absolutely! One of our key services is budget management. We’ll help you set a realistic budget and work within it to ensure the best value for your money. Our team is skilled at negotiating with vendors and making cost-effective recommendations.
Can you help me choose a location and/or venue?
Yes, we can assist you in selecting the perfect location for your wedding, as we do full service planning for destination weddings as well. We can also help you choose a venue based on your event type, guest count, and desired atmosphere. We have a network of trusted venues and can also help you negotiate pricing and contracts.
What happens if something goes wrong on the day of the event?
We’re experts at managing unexpected issues and will be present to handle any last-minute changes or problems that may arise. Our goal is to ensure the event runs smoothly, so you can enjoy it without stress.

Yes, we specialize in destination events and can assist with planning and coordinating events in various locations from anywhere in the US, Europe, to the Middle East, and Asia. Whether you’re hosting a destination wedding, corporate retreat, or other events, we’ve got you covered.
